Employer Benefits Process
Our process for employee benefits allows us to gather information from your business and your employees and consider which benefits suit everyone best.
Step One - Primary Meeting
At this first meeting, we will discuss what your employees’ current benefits are and how you would like to implement new benefits for them. We will also go over how our exclusive benefits program can add or improve the value of those benefits. Our team will carefully consider your needs for benefits and what, specifically, you are looking for help with and how we can assist you efficiently and appropriately.
Step Two - Email Census
Once we have established your current benefits situation, we will email you a blank census for you to fill out that helps us create your group quote. If your enrolling, this census will include information such as your employees’ dates of birth, zip codes, and any dependents’ dates of birth if they are choosing to enroll in benefits. We will then quote the group with all major carriers.
Step Three - Secondary Meeting
After we have received the appropriate quotes, we will meet with you again to provide you with a presentation of benefits that we feel could be appropriate for your employees and your business. We will also help you set a time when the new benefits will be rolled out to your employees and discuss how the enrollment process will work.
Step Four - Tertiary Meeting
At the third meeting, we will open the enrollment to your employees and go over the new benefits in detail. We will also provide you with an application to distribute to your employees in order for them to apply for the new benefits.
Step Five - Employee Applications
Once your employees that wish to apply for benefits have submitted their applications, we will collect all applications and employer forms and submit them to enroll the group.
Step Six - Finalize Benefits
Lastly, we will finalize the benefits and collect information for you and your employees so that you can contact us whenever you need us.
